Tina Wills is a retired U.S. Army professional with more than 20 years of military service, retiring in 2022. Throughout her career, she gained extensive experience in leadership, logistics, acquisitions, contract support, operations, and organizational management—skills that continue to shape her approach to business and client service today.
Following her military career, Tina transitioned her experience into the civilian sector while continuing to expand her expertise in acquisition and contract management. She brings a practical, organized, and people-focused approach to Avelor Group, with a passion for helping individuals navigate career transitions and helping small businesses create structure, improve processes, and move forward with confidence.
As Co-Founder of Avelor Group, Tina combines decades of leadership and professional experience with a commitment to providing personalized, practical solutions for the people and businesses Avelor serves.

Co-Founder, Avelor Group
Allison Clay is a U.S. Army veteran with 10 years of military service and a professional background rooted in human resources and administrative operations. During her Army career, she gained valuable experience supporting personnel, managing administrative processes, coordinating organizational requirements, and working in fast-paced environments where accuracy, communication, and attention to detail were essential.
Following her military career, Allison continued building her civilian experience in roles including Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and Administrative Analyst. Her background has strengthened her expertise in executive support, office administration, organization, coordination, and helping teams manage the day-to-day functions that keep operations moving efficiently.
As Co-Founder of Avelor Group, Allison brings her military and civilian experience together to provide dependable, organized, and client-focused support. She is committed to helping individuals and small businesses simplify administrative challenges, stay organized, and confidently move toward their goals.
